This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the I Hope You Smile Today (IHYST) website.
The brand I Hope You Smile Today is owned and operated by:

Because many IHYST products are custom manufactured at the time of purchase, the policies below apply to all orders.
1. Print-On-Demand Production
Many IHYST products are produced using a print-on-demand manufacturing process.
This means items are created specifically after an order is placed rather than being held as pre-made inventory.
Because of this production model, all sales are generally considered final.
2. Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Customers are responsible for verifying:
Shipping address
Product selection
Color and size choices
Variant selection
before completing checkout.
3. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, IHYST does not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
Incorrect size ordered
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Color preference
Gift returns
Normal wear after use
Customers should carefully review product descriptions and sizing charts before purchasing.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Products
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly misprinted, we will work to correct the issue.
To request assistance, customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
Requests must include:
Order number
Description of the issue
Photographs showing the problem
Once verified, we may provide:
Replacement product
Store credit
Refund at our discretion
5. Shipping Issues
IHYST is not responsible for delays caused by:
Shipping carriers
Weather conditions
Customs processing
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
If an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout, we cannot guarantee recovery of the shipment.
6. Lost Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier directly.
IHYST cannot guarantee replacements for packages marked as delivered.
7. Minor Printing Variations
Because products are manufactured individually, minor variations may occur including:
Small placement differences
Slight color variations between screens and print
Differences between mockup images and final printed product
These variations are normal in print-on-demand production and do not qualify as defects.
8. Fraudulent Claims
IHYST reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.
Repeated refund claims or attempts to exploit the policy may result in restricted purchasing privileges.
9. Policy Updates
IHYST may update this Refund & Return Policy at any time.
Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
